SKELTON.NAP is a series of drawings encoded as Telidon/NAPLPS vector graphics and stored as blockchain contract data, using new tools reconstructed in JavaScript and C++ from the original documentation. NAP files are notable for being tiny, about the tenth of the size of their modern equivalents; they use an extreme form of compression that made them small enough to be transmitted over the highly constrained phone networks of 1978, when they were invented (making the format the same age as the artist). Today, this also makes them small enough to be continually transmitted and retransmitted without involving any file-based storage or server, and once published they circulate on the internet quasi-permanently.
