Skelton.nap is a series of drawings created using Telidon/NAPLPS vector graphics, a file format created in 1978 (and therefore the same age as the artist). An extreme form of compression makes them small enough to be transmitted over the highly constrained phone networks of the time, and therefore also small enough to be stored entirely on the Tezos blockchain.
